GovCodex offers a free tier for basic permit lookups. Premium features are available for municipalities and professional contractors.

Coverage varies by jurisdiction and data source. Check the Permit Check tool with your address to see what is available for your parcel.
How accurate is the permit information?
Coverage is labeled verified, catalog, or guidance from the available official-source and readiness evidence. A catalog or statewide template is not treated as verified local data; confirm current requirements with the issuing authority.
Can GovCodex submit permit applications?
Currently, GovCodex helps you understand requirements and prepare applications. Direct submission integration is available in select municipalities.
