Everything billing, plans, and what happens when you upgrade.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
We bill through Stripe. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month; yearly plans renew annually. You'll get a receipt by email and can download invoices anytime from the billing portal.
Pro and Developer both come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial without paying anything.
Your projects and parcels stay in your account. If you exceed the plan's limit, the oldest items above the limit go read-only — you can re-activate them by upgrading or by archiving others.
Developer plans include 10 seats. For larger teams, municipalities, or non-profits, contact our team for custom pricing.
We currently support 15 states with detailed permit and zoning data, and we can answer general code questions in 100+ cities. New states are added monthly — drop us a note if yours isn't live yet.
