(a)Board of appeals. The board of appeals, created pursuant to section 2-4-4 of the City of Plymouth ordinances pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 62.23(7)(e), shall hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that there is error in any order, decision, or determination made by the administering authority in administering this chapter. The board shall also use the rules, procedures, duties, and powers authorized by statute in hearing and deciding appeals.
