A.The following definitions and rules of construction shall apply to this Code and to all ordinances and resolutions unless the context requires otherwise:1.Generally. A.Authority.1.Whereas, Wis. Stats. § 70.47(6m)(c) authorizes the appointment of alternate members to serve on the board of review when standing members are removed from individual cases. Now therefore the Town Board of Rockland, Brown County does ordain as follows.B.Adoption.1.Pursuant to Wis.
